 Anna Wilson-Patterson's studio is the front room of her 1930's bungalow on the cliff top at Fairlight Cove, Sussex. The shelves groan with sketchbooks, wood painting panels and artist monographs, whilst draped elegantly on cushions at her feet lie her companions - Finn the lurcher and Oonagh the greyhound.

I realise that it’s not particularly fashionable at the moment to be seen consuming dairy but frankly, I don’t give a stuff. I love cheese and I’m sure that there are plenty of other cheese-lovers out there, raiding the fridge for a cheeky bit of cheddar as I write. 'A Year in Cheese' will make those with a fromagerie fetish weep with sheer joy.

The GNCCF is an award winning high profile fair that celebrates the very best of contemporary craft and is regarded as the leading selling event in the North of England. Over 150 designers, makers & artists are selected by an independent panel to showcase and sell their work to a discerning audience of buyers & collectors.
Apparently, when Jorge Fernandez and Rick Wells first met, it was their love of good coffee and a mutual appreciation of well-made ‘stuff’ that sparked the desire to embark on a venture together. Quitting their jobs - coffee shop manager and BBC journalist respectively - they resolved to open a place that offered the highest quality bread, cheese, cured meats, wine coffee and cake, in an environment that was both stylish and homely.
