REVIEW: Almond Bar

There are few cook books in my kitchen cupboard that are as well thumbed (and stained) as those by Yotam Ottolenghi, and Sam and Sam Clark. I do love a bit of Eastern Mediterranean and North African cuisine; it’s the fresh ingredients, the fragrances - parsley, lemon, mint, cumin, coriander, rose – and quite importantly, the sharing of meals with family and friends.
